Your Workspace Profile and Settings
Your Workspace Profile is where you manage everything that identifies your business inside Zelph — company details, branding, currency, contact info, and a handful of settings that change how Zelph behaves for you.
Where to find it
Click your profile menu in the top-right of the sidebar and choose your workspace settings. The form is split into tabs.
General
- Account Type — Retailer, Supplier, or Both. This controls which features Zelph exposes (e.g. the Marketplace tools, Seller Network tabs).
- Currency — the primary currency for your workspace. Used for pricing, FX conversion in proposals, and billing.
- Company Name — your registered business name. As you type, the system auto-suggests a matching subdomain.
- Subdomain — your workspace URL (e.g.
yourbrand.zelph.com). Locked after creation to protect your team’s saved links. - Company Registration Number — optional but recommended for invoicing.
- Support Email — where customers and partners reach your team.
- Support Phone — your support number.
- Description — a short blurb shown when other workspaces discover your brand.
- Tags — categorisation tags used on Marketplace listings.
Branding
- Logo — square image (1:1 aspect ratio), max 3MB. Shown on your Marketplace card and in proposals.
- Banner — wide image (16:9 aspect ratio), max 3MB. Used as your brand header in Discover.
Both fields support drag-and-drop image editing so you can crop and reposition before saving.
Settings
The Settings tab is where your most impactful behavioural toggles live.
If you’re a Supplier, you’ll see:
- Sync product sales — controls whether your sale prices flow through to retailers or whether they see your compare-at price instead. See Passing Discounts on to Retailer Partners for the full breakdown.
If you have the Seller Network enabled (Consignment plan), you’ll also see Seller Network configuration here covering selling methods, authentication locations, automatic shipping labels, trusted-seller return addresses, price rounding, measurement system, and parcel defaults.
Saving changes
Each tab has its own Save button. Changes apply immediately on save — there’s no separate publish step.
Who can edit the profile
Only Admin staff can edit the workspace profile. Users with the standard role can view their own profile but won’t see the workspace-level settings.
Tips
- Set a recognisable logo and banner early — they’re the first impression partners see in Marketplace and Discover.
- Keep your support email and phone current; they’re used for partner outreach and customer service flows.
- Pick the right currency before adding inventory — changing it later affects how prices are converted and displayed.
