Shoe Lookup in Zelph

Shoe Lookup lets you create a sneaker or shoe product in seconds — just enter a style code (or paste a StockX URL), and Zelph auto-fills the title, description, images, variants, sizes, and tariff information for you.

It’s available to retailers on the Consignment plan.

What Shoe Lookup does

• Looks up a shoe by its style code (e.g. DD1503-100) or StockX URL handle.
• Pulls full product data into the Create Product form: title, description, product type, vendor/brand, country of origin, HS code, and images.
• Generates a complete variant list with size conversions across UK, EU, and US.
• Suggests a selling price based on StockX’s current lowest-ask, converted to your workspace currency.

How to use it

1. Open Products > Create from the sidebar.
2. In the Shoe Lookup section near the top of the form, enter a style code or paste a StockX URL handle.
3. Click Search.
4. If the shoe is found, the form populates automatically — you’ll see a Shoe Details Found confirmation.
5. Choose your preferred size format:
   • UK
   • EU
   • US (Men’s / Women’s / Youth)
   • Clothing sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL)
   • Collectibles / No Variants
6. Review and edit any populated fields — variants, prices, images — as you would for a manually created product.
7. Click Create Product.

Your product is created with a full set of variants ready for inventory and selling.

What if the lookup doesn’t find a result?

Zelph tries multiple style code formats before giving up. If you’re still drawing a blank:

• Paste the StockX URL handle (the part after stockx.com/) instead of the style code.
• Double-check the style code on the box or the brand’s own product page.
• Fall back to creating the product manually — Shoe Lookup is optional.

Editing after creation

Shoe Lookup runs during product creation only. Once the product is saved, you can edit it like any other product — change variants, swap images, update the description. The Shoe Lookup connection is preserved so the original style code stays linked to your product for reference.
