Shopify Plan Requirements for Using Zelph
To use Zelph with your Shopify store, you must be on the Shopify Grow plan or higher.
Why?
Shopify enforces strict data access policies for third-party and custom apps like Zelph. Specifically, access to personally identifiable information (PII) — such as:
- Customer names
- Email addresses
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Phone numbers
is only available on the Grow plan or above.
🚫 What happens on Shopify Basic?
If you're on the Shopify Basic plan:
Zelph will not be able to access customer data from your orders.
This will break core parts of the platform, such as:
- Order syncing
- Shipping label generation
- Customer service workflows
Because of this, Zelph cannot offer support for Shopify Basic plans.
✅ How to Fix It
To continue using Zelph successfully, please upgrade your Shopify plan to Grow or higher.
You can do this by going to your Shopify Admin and navigating to:
Settings → Plan → Change plan
