How Order Fulfilment Works for Suppliers in Zelph
Zelph makes it easy for suppliers to fulfill orders placed by retailers without changing your existing processes. When a retailer sells one of your products via their connected Shopify store, Zelph handles the order routing, customer details, and syncing — so you can focus on fast, accurate fulfilment.
🧾 Where Do Supplier Orders Appear?
When a customer places an order on a retailer’s Shopify store that includes your product:
- The order is automatically routed into your Zelph Orders dashboard and your Shopify
- You’ll see it tagged with the retailer’s name (e.g. “Order from Golden Age of Tennis”)
- You can fulfil the order just like any other — directly within Shopify
🔍 Order Details You’ll Receive
For every order you receive from a retailer, Zelph provides:
- Customer name and shipping address
- Retailer reference/order ID
- Product variant, quantity, and SKU
- Any additional shipping or tax notes
This gives you all the information needed to fulfil the order as if it came from your own store.
