How Order Fulfilment Works for Suppliers in Zelph
Zelph makes it easy for suppliers to fulfil orders placed by retailers without changing your existing processes. When a retailer sells one of your products via their connected Shopify store, Zelph handles the order routing, customer details, and syncing — so you can focus on fast, accurate fulfilment.
🧾 Where Do Supplier Orders Appear?
When a customer places an order on a retailer’s Shopify store that includes your product:
- The order is automatically routed into your Zelph Orders dashboard and your Shopify.
- The Shopify order is tagged with:
Zelph Seller— a flat tag for filtering all Zelph-routed ordersZelph Seller: <retailer name>— identifies which retailer the order came from
- You can fulfil the order just like any other — directly within Shopify.
🔍 Order Details You’ll Receive
For every order you receive from a retailer, Zelph provides:
- Customer name and shipping address
- Retailer reference/order ID
- Product variant, quantity, and SKU
- Any additional shipping or tax notes
This gives you all the information needed to fulfil the order as if it came from your own store.
🚚 How to Fulfil a Retailer Order
- Pack & ship the order. Use your preferred fulfilment method (warehouse, courier, manual dispatch).
- Add tracking info in Shopify. Open the order in Shopify and enter:
- Tracking number
- Courier name
- (Optional) tracking URL
- Click “Mark as Fulfilled”.
🔁 What Happens Next
Once you mark an order as fulfilled in Shopify (or Zelph):
- ✅ The retailer’s Shopify store is automatically updated
- ✅ The order is marked as fulfilled
- ✅ The tracking number appears in the customer’s Shopify order view
- ✅ The retailer is notified without needing to manually chase you

🔐 Data Access & Privacy
As a supplier, you only receive customer data (like name and shipping address) that is necessary to fulfil the order.
Zelph handles all data sharing securely and only for the purpose of fulfilment.

- If the retailer needs to manage a return, they will typically reach out to you directly using the contact details on file.
