Exporting Data from Zelph

Zelph lets you export your data as CSV files from several places in the workspace. Exports are useful for reconciling figures, sharing data with accountants, importing into a BI tool, or just keeping a backup of a point-in-time snapshot.

This guide covers what you can export, where to find each export, and how they’re delivered.

How exports work

Every export in Zelph is:

  • Queued — processed in the background so big exports don’t block your screen. You’ll get a notification when the file is ready.
  • Filtered to what you can see — if you’ve applied filters or selected a tab on the page, the export honours that. If you’ve checkbox-selected specific rows (where available), the export is limited to those.
  • Admin-restricted — only users with the Admin, Super Admin, or Moderator role see the Export buttons. See Staff and Team Management for role details.

When the export completes, Zelph emails a download link to the user who triggered it. Links stay valid for several days so you can download from any device.

Products export

Go to Products in the sidebar, then click Export All (header action). You can also tick specific rows and use the bulk Export action to export just those products.

Included columns:

  • Title
  • Vendor
  • Status (published, draft, etc.)
  • Available — current inventory total across all variants
  • Stores — comma-separated list of stores the product is enabled on
  • Owner — the workspace name that owns the product (relevant for subscribed inventory)
  • Created At / Updated At

Useful for catalogue audits, store-level rollouts, and reconciling against Shopify exports.

Inventory export

Go to Inventory in the sidebar, then click Export All. As with Products, you can checkbox-select rows for a bulk export of just those.

Included columns:

  • Product, Variant
  • SKU, Barcode
  • Owner — who owns the inventory (you, a supplier, or a seller)
  • Type — Owned, Supplier, Seller (Warehouse), Seller (Remote), or On-Demand
  • Currency, Location
  • Queue Position, Priority — see Understanding Queuing for what these mean
  • Quantity, Status
  • Price, Compare-at Price, Local Cost Price
  • Taxable (Yes / No)
  • Stores — comma-separated list of stores carrying this inventory
  • Created At

Useful for stock takes, location-level audits, and pricing reviews. For pricing strategy work, sort by Local Cost Price and Price to find margin outliers.

Seller Orders export

Available only if you have Seller Network enabled. Go to Orders, then click Export Seller Orders (header action).

This export is specifically for orders that include items from your Seller Network — perfect for reconciling seller payouts.

Included columns:

  • Order Number, Placed At
  • Product Title, Barcode, SKU
  • Ordered Qty, From-Seller Qty
  • Order Line Sold Price (what the customer paid)
  • Seller Listed Price (what the seller was asking)
  • Effective Selling Price (what Zelph used after rounding/margin)
  • Seller Payout At Time (the calculated payout)
  • Markup % (your margin)
  • Seller Name, Email, Phone
  • Price Mismatch (Yes if listed price and effective price diverged)

Pair this with Payouts and Stripe Connect to reconcile what was paid to whom.

Billing & Payout history

The Payments > Billing History and Payments > Payout History pages currently show line-item detail in the UI. CSV export from these pages isn’t available yet — it’s on our roadmap.

In the meantime, the Seller Orders export above is the closest source of truth for payout reconciliation.

Tips for working with exports

  • Filter before exporting — set the tab, search, and column filters first; the export respects them and you get a smaller, more useful file.
  • Use bulk selection for ad-hoc lists — tick the rows you want, then choose the bulk Export action. Faster than re-filtering.
  • Wait for the email — large exports take a minute or two. Don’t re-click the button; you’ll just queue another file.
  • Check role access — if a teammate can’t see Export buttons, they likely have the User role rather than Admin. Update via Staff and Team Management.
